Eastside is a professional services firm that advises on the development, funding and growth of civil society organisations.

We do this through three areas of activity: by providing support services, building social innovations through our ventures and sharing knowledge and profits back into the sector through our foundation.

The firm was founded in 2005 by business professionals on two convictions that continue to be relevant today:

A business-like approach can help social organisations to achieve greater sustainability and impact; and
There is a lack of accessible professional support for social organisations

Eastside has built a vibrant and passionate team that combines consultants, finance professionals and entrepreneurs. Our professionals have expertise in business strategy, finance, mergers, evaluations and leadership & development fields for civil society. Our in-house team manages projects and assures quality.

The firm is a social enterprise, owned by management/staff, and commits 50% of its surpluses back into social projects. We operate nationally with offices in London, West Midlands and the East of England.
