We offer the opportunity for you to access quality professional expertise through short-term placements. Eastside’s role is to increase the probability of success of these relationships, help you grow the scale and impact of your enterprise, and minimise the time commitment for you.
Service
- 5 or 6 week full-time work from a professional.
- Induction for professional so they can 'hit the ground running' in working with social enterprise.
- Project 'contracting', management and evaluation facilitated by Eastside.
- Typical projects undertaken during placements include: Feasibility Studies, Market Research, Branding and Communications, Reviews (HR, sustainability), Improving financial systems, grant and tender applications.
Eligibility
This service is for enterprises delivering social or environmental outcomes. When expressing an interest in this service, enterprises should also consider:
- Can we commit the time and space to host the professional during the project?
- Have we thought about who will be able to ensure effective hand-over at the start and end of the project?
- Are we prepared to contribute to processes to monitor quality, and creation of case studies?
- Given how critical this project is to our enterprise success, is this the best way to meet our needs?
