The Eastside Foundation is a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee. Its purpose is to reinvest the company’s assets for social purposes
The Foundation has been set up on the conviction that Eastside has specific assets – namely, knowledge from our consultancy assignments and talented individuals – that can be deployed to good effect in the sector. The Foundation has a particular focus on helping small charities and social enterprises that we might not be able to work with otherwise.
The Foundation has a vision to operate in 3 areas of activities:
- Pro bono grants of consultancy support to small organisations
- Dissemination of free learning tools to the sector
- Internships and secondments for young professionals seeking careers in civil society
