Why did you come to Eastside?
As an entrepreneur (http://www.chatshow.net/) and my interest venture capital, I felt the type of work Eastside does was of interest to me. Eastside primarily works with start-ups and early stage growth SMEs. Helping them to business plan and fundraise. This is an area I enjoy and wished to learn more about.
Highlights of the internship
Good variety of clients. In particular, refining a business plan for a software company and researching potential funders. Being involved with the early stages of consultancy for a medical practice with the view of creating a new business plan. I also enjoyed talking with prospective clients and ascertaining the likelihood of Eastside’s ability to help them.
After Eastside
Priority is to complete MBA, then interested in VC/Private Equity industry.
