Eastside Foundation

At Eastside Foundation, we create opportunities for graduates and professionals to engage and work in the world of social enterprise. We do this for two reasons:

• Because it makes sense: we believe that the third sector will be taken to new levels if more people with talent and ambition get involved. We provide a ‘way-in' to the sector for the people who want a varied hands on experience of it
• Because it makes a difference: we believe that running a structured learning experience grounded in the field of social enterprise expands personal horizons, ambition and creativity for the people involved.

We measure our success on the basis that we create a social return, both by boosting our clients' impact but also by creating impactful learning for the people who work with us.

Who are we looking for?

We find that candidates bring their own unique skill-set, experience and areas of interest. However, all of our associates share some key characteristics:

• they are passionate about learning new ways of doing things
• they know what they want to achieve
• they are keen to receive feedback - and act on it
• they are keen to step into the unknown
• they like to take the lead outside of their comfort zone
• they commit to evaluating their experience to maximise personal learning
