You can walk from Old Street in 15-20 minutes or take a bus from Liverpool Street, which takes 20 minutes, according to TFL.
From Old Street:
Take the exit to Old Street North side
Walk along Old Street and take a left at the Traffic Lights into Pitfield Street
After the 2nd roundabout Pitfield Street turns into Whitmore Road and Orsman Road is the second road on your right.
Buses from Liverpool Street:
Take the 242 or 149 on Bishopsgate (apparently there are buses every 3 minutes)
Get off just after the mosque on Kingsland Road. The stop is called Laburnum Street/ Phillipp Street.
Walk slightly further on Kingsland Road and Orsman Road will be on your left
