Expertise
Finding and offering clarity on 'the next step' for indivuduals, for the team I work with and for clients. I enjoy listening to, isolating and understanding stumbling blocks to moving forward - whether to achieve personal or organisational goals, and helping people to overcome them.
Passions @ work
Understanding what makes people tick and watching people grow. Structuring projects and workflows so that they make sense to a team, and making sure nobody is left behind. Offering new ways of looking at old things - finding unexpected value in things.
Passions away from work
Sport - any ball sport; great music - I love the acoustic guitar; laughter, friends and family; having great conversations; doing bad impressions; and the tomato plants at home.
