Eastside highlights
Current
My time is split between consulting projects in the SME and social enterprise sectors and a strengthening of the internal processes to accommodate Eastside’s growth.
My consulting work gives me exposure to a variety of organisations across sectors and allows me to apply the lessons learnt in each to a different context.
Within Eastside I have overall responsibility for financial management, HR and the Access to Finance Programme. I also provide quality assurance and financial modelling support.
